Meals on Wheels is a non-profit organization that delivers a lunch time meal to elderly and infirm residents of the city of McPherson.  Relying upon volunteers deliverers, Meals on Wheels provides a nutritionally balanced meal to those who cannot prepare one themselves.  Meals can be prepared for specific dietary needs.

The churches of McPherson help deliver meals one Sunday a month.  Meals are prepared at McPherson Memorial Hospital.  Connie Grennan is the director for the local chapter and has an office located in the hospital annex at 915 N Walnut St.
